As you know, "in Stock" items generally ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders with back order or out of stock items will ship when everything is in stock. Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States
We will choose the most economical way to ship your order. If you require a specific carrier for your order, you will need to let us know. All packages are insured. Additional insurance or freight charges may be added if specified upon purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
Lost, Undeliverable, Wrong & Damaged Items
Once a package is picked up by the carrier, PACOLONLINE no longer maintains liability for the shipment. Delays and/or lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
Undeliverable/Returned to sender shipments will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
We will do our best to resolve the situation, but just need some help from you. Please keep all original shipping containers and packaging and take pictures. Damaged Goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. since all our deliveries are insured. We will assist our customers in these claims. You will need to have photographic records and keep all packaging materials for inspection. Lost or damaged shipment claims are filed with the carrier and subject to their investigation and timeline. We will work together as much as we can to find a resolution.. If your package is shipped to a freight forwarder, any damages and/or missing items must be noted by you and the freight company before the package leaves their facility to be eligible for claims.
Customers have 24 hours to cancel any unfulfilled orders. Due to payment processing fees a 5% cancellation fee may apply. Drop shipped items are not eligible for cancellation once the item is in processing with the manufacturer.
All parts are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship by PACOLONLINE for a period of 30 days. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase not the date of installation. WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF PART ONLY-NO REFUNDS! Warranty does not cover labor, failure to related components, failure resulting from faulty installation nor will the liability of PACOLONLINE. exceed the cost of the original part. If you have a problem with any item from PACOLONLINE. please contact us with a full explanation. Please contact us prior to repairing or replacing a damaged part. PACOLONLINE will not be responsible for costs to repair or replace damaged merchandise incurred before contacting us. No return on any installed, painted or modified parts. No return on any special ordered part including special ordered factory replacement parts. All returns are subject to a 20% re-handling charge. Return authorization is required for all returns and/or exchanges to be accepted. PACOLONLINE does not pay freight charges.
